We enjoy getting to know our customers and especially like providing them with the very best in service. Here's a little bit of information on the team that works on your automobile:

Paul Tremblay – President

Prior to 1984, Paul worked as an electronics technician and studied for what seemed to be too many years in evening school to obtain a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. In 1984, Paul decided "enough with sitting at a desk" and joined his dad in the family business at East Rock Auto. By 1990, he had passed all ASE certification tests obtaining the designation of "Master Technician."

Aside from being involved with the daily activities of running the shop Paul still enjoys a good challenge of fixing a problem car. He is also enjoying his latest promotion to "Shuttle Driver!"

Paul resides with his wife MaryJane in Cheshire. They have two college age children, Meagan (see bio below) and Christopher (never to be seen at the shop!).

Michael Caprio – Master Technician

Michael is a 2003 Graduate of Gateway Community College in Automotive Technology and an East Rock Auto team member since 2002. Within a few short years after graduation he passed all of the ASE automotive certification tests, also obtaining the rank of Master Technician. He has also completed a rigorous Hybrid Service Training course. Michael is our lead technician on a daily basis. He is quick to solve some of the most challenging automotive problems. Mike resides in our city with his three children Jordona, Jake and Sophia.

Lianne Larrow – Service Advisor

Lianne is a 1984 graduate of SCSU with a BA in Accounting and Economics.

Prior to joining the East Rock Auto Team in 2002, Lianne worked as an accountant in the tax department of a CPA firm and was also employed as a Credit Analyst at a local banking institution. She has also successfully completed many service advisor training programs.

Lianne works tirelessly for our customers. She uses her business experience and her compassion for people to offer everyone who visits the shop a pleasant experience.

Lianne has aspirations to use her accounting skills to become a business manager and she also wants to study further (she never stops learning!). She enjoys yoga, traveling and sports and resides in Hamden.

Felipe Galicia – Technician

Felipe is the latest member of our staff. He is a 2010 automotive graduate of Eli Whitney Technical School and is presently working towards his Associate's degree in Automotive Technology at Gateway Community College. Felipe has a hunger to learn the industry and no doubt will become a master technician.

Meagan Tremblay – Part time Shuttle Driver
