These guys are great, I've brought my car in twice and left feeling really good about the service that I was provided. Once was for a squeaky belt, and once was for an oil change. The SKF guys are super transparent, they called me before doing anything and gave me exact estimates on cost and time which I really appreciated. East Rock Auto is awesome. I've had to get quite a bit of work done on my car over the last two years and they have always been extremely upfront about everything that needs to be done, and the urgency of each issue. You never have to worry about being pressured into getting any repairs you don't need. I can usually get my car in the next day, and they'll have all the work done within a day or two at the most. A great business that I would recommend to anyone.David H.
